We are legally mandated and morally committed to protecting your Protected Health Information (PHI). We comply fully with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your chat threads, EMR uploads, and triage data are strictly accessible only by your selected clinical team and authorized Luv Health security infrastructure.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit and at rest. We utilize bank-grade AES-256 encryption. We, the "computer people" at Luv Health, cannot and will not read your private medical messages with your doctor.
Unlike many tech companies, we do not monetize your sickness. We will never sell your personal data, medical history, or contact information to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing agencies.
You own your health data. You have the right to request a complete export of your records, message threads, and appointment history at any time through the app. You may also request the permanent deletion of your account.
